Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to clients’ needs, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services.

• Perform brief, evidence-based screenings to evaluate mental health status and coordinate further diagnostic assessments when necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in distress, employing effective risk assessment and management techniques.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery, focusing on shared objectives and quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, complying with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned, being available during and after program hours to support clients in urgent situations.

• Engage in community outreach and education efforts to promote mental health awareness and access to services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
