Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, helping clients enhance their mental health and achieve personal goals.

• Facilitate open discussions about emotions, experiences, and relationships, assisting clients in gaining insights into their personal challenges.

• Advocate for clients' needs and work collaboratively with them to define measurable and achievable therapeutic goals.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and your own clinical expertise.

• Utilize our therapist portal to manage your caseload, track client progress, and maintain up-to-date documentation while minimizing paperwork burden.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work exclusively with pre-screened clients who are generally stable and exhibit low acuity needs. This allows you to focus your efforts on providing effective mental health care without the often overwhelming pressure of high-acuity cases. Your role is essential in building a supportive therapeutic relationship, which can significantly contribute to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess an independent license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) issued by the state board. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong evaluation and decision-making skills for treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to build rapport with clients.

• Proficient computer skills for telehealth platforms and documentation.
