Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and needs, utilizing tools and techniques to gather relevant information effectively.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate care effectively and ensure all aspects of the client's treatment plan are being adhered to.

• Engage with clients and their families to elucidate diagnoses, explore treatment options, and provide detailed information on prescribed medications.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing tailored therapeutic interventions that are reflective of best practices in the field.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, considering their specific needs, values, and preferences to enhance treatment buy-in.

You will provide services to a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to families facing communication barriers and relational issues. Our clients often seek therapy for specific life challenges, such as relationship changes, parenting concerns, grief, and trauma recovery. Your interventions will play a key role in many clients' journeys toward emotional healing and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
