As part of our Detox Center, the LCSW will engage with clients who are navigating substance use issues alongside mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health conditions, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and treatment needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish coordinated care plans that reflect the holistic needs of each patient.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and coping strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster healing and resilience.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that align with both patient goals and therapeutic best practices.

• Assist patients in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and resolving barriers to care.

As an LCSW at Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center, you will primarily work with clients grappling with mental health disorders and substance abuse issues. Your insights will guide clients and their families through critical junctures during treatment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
