Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and integrated care for each client.

• Assisting clients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses and formulating treatment plans that prioritize their goals and preferences.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions while utilizing established evidence-based techniques.

• Empowering clients to navigate the mental health system, advocating for their rights, and supporting their journey through recovery.

• Facilitating psychoeducational groups, discharge planning meetings, and therapeutic workshops to enhance community support and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. As you engage with clients, you will apply culturally competent practices to recognize and address the unique experiences that shape their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
