Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients, employing a variety of evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to cultivate resilience and optimism in clients, facilitating their journey toward improved mental health.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards, demonstrating your commitment to professionalism and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health counselors, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care delivered.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those seeking personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, tailoring approaches to meet clients' individual needs and delivering effective care.
