Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to determine the mental health needs of patients, formulating tailored treatment plans based on collaboration and patient input.

• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services to patients facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. A Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• A demonstrated understanding of mental health issues pertinent to outpatient therapy settings, with a strong emphasis on the nuances of working within a hospital environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for effectively engaging with patients and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.
