Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Therapist will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to guide clients towards achieving their treatment goals.

• Regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans with input from clients, ensuring that they remain relevant and effective over time.

• Building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients through empathetic and responsive interaction in both individual and group therapy formats.

• Maintaining clear, concise, and timely documentation of clinical notes, adhering strictly to a 24 to 48-hour completion standard as per organizational policies.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists and external healthcare providers, such as primary care physicians and psychiatrists, to deliver well-rounded and comprehensive patient care.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health research, advancements, and best practice methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, who present a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid and active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
