Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including—but not limited to—anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be vital as you guide individuals, couples, and families through their healing journeys, fostering resilience and facilitating healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience providing counseling services to individuals facing emotional challenges; this experience can be a combination of in-person and remote modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between $78,000 and $115,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling you to prioritize your own health and well-being. You will also receive free access to the center's mental health services as a client, ensuring you stay balanced and supported in your role.
