This role will be housed in a community health clinic setting, operating primarily remotely, with an option for in-person consultations as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and evaluating client needs through individual and couples therapy sessions.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions focusing on areas such as family communication and conflict resolution to help clients engage with their support networks.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy to address client concerns effectively.

• Documenting client progress diligently in our electronic health record system, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and accessible to relevant team members.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to align on treatment goals and enhance care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing therapy to adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a diverse range of psychological and relational issues. This may include but is not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.

• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of caseloads and administrative tasks.
