Our therapists work a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role allows you to impact a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges. You will primarily work with adults coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological difficulties. Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

  Active and valid licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, or PsyD.

  Strong foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders and innovative, evidence-based treatment methods.

  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with patients, creating a safe environment for therapy.

  Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including experience with documentation and billing procedures in a telehealth setting.

  Two years of post-licensure counseling or mental health therapy experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
