Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse and mental health histories, allowing for tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that comprehensively address both addiction and any underlying mental health conditions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, to deliver integrated care.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging their involvement and creating a supportive home environment during the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring security and confidentiality of personal health information.

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing drug and alcohol addiction, alongside co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as either an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year, which is commensurate with experience and credentials.
