Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to tailor effective therapy plans that promote positive outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case conferences to address client needs holistically and ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation that adheres to both ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development through workshops and seminars to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintaining accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability.
