Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by building trusting relationships and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate effective therapy.

• Conduct regular progress evaluations with clients, discussing treatment developments, future appointments, and facilitating discharge planning as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized person-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and records for compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Lead weekly individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to reflect on practice, seek guidance, and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a varied outpatient population comprising adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) status.

• Minimum of one year’s clinical experience in an outpatient setting following your graduate education.

• Proficiency in using digital tools including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and pimsy for documentation and communication.
\n
• Ability to conduct and complete intake assessments accurately and compassionately.
\n
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes:
