Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Dazzle Mental Health Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that help identify clients' mental health needs and inform the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute distress or emergency situations, applying de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans.

• Participate actively in community outreach events and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and enhancing community resources.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
