The work setting for this position is remote, allowing you flexibility while delivering therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility expected to respond to the needs of patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to encourage patient progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community among participants and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective, actionable treatment plans through collaborative approaches.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
