Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to address clients’ mental health concerns and develop customized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring clients receive the guidance they need to foster their emotional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Texas as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building safe and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle a diverse caseload and the associated administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in private practice or community health settings is preferred, along with familiarity with telehealth platforms for conducting virtual therapy sessions. A background in trauma-informed care or specialized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can be advantageous.
