Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and stress management, ensuring a tailored approach suited to each client's specific circumstances.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaboratively create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, monitoring progress regularly and adjusting as needed.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions, employing tools that ensure secure, confidential communication, and providing emotional support through various challenges faced by clients.

• Monitor Client Progress: Conduct thorough assessments and regularly check in on client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary and providing ongoing encouragement and support to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic milestones.

• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, including making referrals to specialists when additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on serving women between the ages of 35-55, a demographic often encountering significant life transitions such as career changes, relationship struggles, and the stress of family responsibilities. Your role will play a crucial part in helping this clientele navigate their emotional and psychological challenges through skilled counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical counseling experience, directly working with patients in a therapeutic capacity.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
