Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual and group counseling sessions that foster growth and healing among clients.

• Accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and medical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide case management services, including referrals to other providers and coordination of care, maintaining continuous communication with patients and their families.

Qualifications\n
