Our operational hours are Monday through Saturday, providing various options for scheduling therapy sessions according to what works best for you and your clients. You will benefit from an in-house credentialing process that simplifies your insurance participation, allowing you to focus on providing outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as a Mental Health Counselor will involve a range of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, determining therapeutic needs and appropriate interventions.

• Utilizing comprehensive mental health assessment techniques to triage care and prioritize treatment for patients effectively.

• Engaging in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams regarding treatment plans, ensuring open communication through regular meetings, including patient rounds.

• Documenting assessments and treatment plans in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to departmental guidelines and standards.

• Providing case management support that involves working with hospital and community resources to enhance the care continuum for your assigned patients.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and support them in achieving their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
