Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews with clients to evaluate their mental health status and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans that address each client's unique challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Actively monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, which may include individuals suffering from mental health disorders, substance use issues, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience, including clinical settings.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, along with a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.
