Our operational hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for adaptable client appointments. This role involves utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, alongside asynchronous communication methods for team collaboration and client planning. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine the most effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, coping skills, and emotional processing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and integrated treatment pathways.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and comprehensive care.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, along with available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to USD 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
