Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive professional relationships through empathy and ethical boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and any further steps toward discharge as necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized treatment plans that prioritize client-centered care.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to establish initial client needs and frameworks for ongoing therapy sessions.

• Documenting client progress meticulously, ensuring all records are updated accurately and in accordance with clinical standards.

• Participating in regular one-on-one supervision to facilitate professional growth and skills enhancement.

• Cultivating an open line of communication with other healthcare providers to maintain holistic approaches to client health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
