Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Counselor will hold a manageable caseload of clients, empathically building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, evaluate stability, and address upcoming appointments and discharge planning.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client session.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client histories and establish appropriate treatment objectives.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s situation.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and support professional development.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
