Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring ethical boundaries are respected at all times.

• Hold regular sessions to review client progress, address stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Document treatment sessions effectively, maintaining comprehensive progress notes and other necessary records.

• Conduct intake assessments to understand the mental health needs and backgrounds of new clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, focusing on evidence-based techniques to drive positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision to reflect on clinical practice and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Haña Wellness Clinic, our primary focus is on youth mental health. The clinician in this role will work predominantly with children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
