Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. Operating through a telehealth setting, you will facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect and share their experiences, fostering a supportive environment that encourages healing through collective exchange.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, empathetic counseling to explore clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Help them to develop actionable strategies for coping with their challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans responsive to their unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track clients' progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed, ensuring they are on track to meet their mental health goals.

• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with other professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, enhancing overall client outcomes.

Our primary clientele consists of young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy).

• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated experience in working with clients suffering from mental health disorders in various settings, including residential or outpatient environments.

• A collaborative spirit and a passion for promoting positive change within our community.

• Proven clinical skills, with proficiency in methodologies such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

• Annual salary range of $85,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
