This position operates in a remote setting, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from home while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and design individualized treatment plans focused on promoting personal growth and mental well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the diverse preferences of clients.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions with compassion and professionalism, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and client-centered.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to streamline workflow.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive care strategies that enhance overall patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with trends in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCPC will work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to provide quality care to individuals and families with limited access to traditional mental health resources, promoting wellness and recovery in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is preferred.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
