Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Maryland is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for full-time counselors ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
