Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized therapy where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Develop coping strategies and personalized action plans tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in creating a supportive environment that nurtures healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess an active LCPC license in the state of Illinois.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally with young adults.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing empathic, client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n
