Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to tailor appropriate treatment plans for clients, ensuring all intervention plans meet individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, effectively addressing the diverse needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain clear communication and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to develop comprehensive care strategies that support client well-being.

• Keep accurate and timely clinical records to meet ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient record management.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
