Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, formulating individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-supported therapies for groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and maintain ongoing communication about patient progress.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Participating in workshops and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
