Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, contributing to treatment planning and review.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuous education to stay informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Common therapeutic focuses may include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in establishing trust and rapport with clients, facilitating open dialogue that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnosis, treatment, and legal and ethical standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that promote effective relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
