Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance comprehensive client care, participating in case discussions and providing insights for treatment plans.

• Adhere to best practices in clinical services while actively participating in workshops and continuing education to stay informed about advancements in mental health methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC with our organization, you will serve a variety of demographics, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
