Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients and conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all clients, coordinating treatment plans that reflect best practices in behavioral health.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to uphold the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
