Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs and inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement collaborative treatment plans, incorporating feedback from clients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Facilitate supportive therapy sessions for families, couples, and individuals, fostering open dialogue and positive relationship dynamics.

• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and share insights with peers.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be directly impacting a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You'll be working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field; a master’s degree in counseling or a related area is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
