Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to deliver your expertise in an efficient telehealth setting. Our counseling practice utilizes the latest telehealth technology, ensuring that you can engage with clients seamlessly no matter where they are located. You will have the capability to conduct therapeutic sessions via video or phone, as well as a hybrid approach that includes potential in-person visits, depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client; conduct thorough assessments to evaluate their mental health status.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, families, and groups, fostering an inclusive and participatory environment.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting techniques based on client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and best practice guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and effective treatment tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
