Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a therapeutic caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while upholding the highest professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their mental health progress, scheduling follow-ups, and determining appropriate discharge when necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, preferences, and goals.
\n
• Document client sessions effectively, ensuring all progress notes and reports are up-to-date and comply with organizational standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with colleagues to enhance clinical skills and improve patient outcomes.

• Adopt a growth-oriented mindset actively seeking new learning opportunities and integrating feedback into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on helping youth navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. You'll work closely with a diverse group of clients, employing individualized approaches based on each child or adolescent's unique history and circumstances. As a trusted clinician, you will guide your clients toward resilience and empower them with coping strategies, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Ability to meet criteria for internal credentialing within our clinical framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year’s clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or those coping with substance abuse issues.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy techniques for both individuals and groups.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant technology to support clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide an array of benefits including:
