Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an assigned caseload of clients, ensuring a professional and ethical relationship through effective communication and rapport building.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess and review their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on client goals and desired outcomes.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a foundation for effective treatment.
\n
• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions and engage clients in their mental health journey consistently each week.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision and collaborative discussions to continuously enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Work in collaboration with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care that addresses the varied needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on providing support to youth and adolescent clients facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland, with verification of good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
