Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, nurturing rapport and positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and facilitate discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Document client interactions meticulously, keeping accurate progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, providing support and guidance tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure continued professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with youth and families, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field, with a strong foundation in counseling theories and practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
