Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients, conducting assessments to effectively address their behavioral and emotional challenges.

• Coordinate with clients’ families and support systems to facilitate discharge planning and ongoing treatment strategies, ensuring continuity of care.
