Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for diverse populations including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy are effectively utilized.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, fostering accountability and transparency in client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care, engaging with other healthcare providers when necessary to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
