Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health conditions and therapy needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suitable to their conditions.

• Provide clients with the tools and resources needed to overcome their mental health challenges while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans when necessary.

• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure proper documentation to meet organizational and legal standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a comprehensive compensation package for this position, with an annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $95,000.
