This position is primarily remote, utilizing advanced telehealth platforms to conduct sessions with clients in Amarillo, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through telehealth that cater to an array of needs, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to enhance client care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse demographic of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, many of whom face unique challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
