Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans for clients based on their unique backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual, family, and group settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care, participating in case reviews and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and training to stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. By employing a patient-centered approach, you will tailor your therapeutic practices to effectively address the complexities of each client’s situation, ensuring they receive comprehensive support in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic setting is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses.
