Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of new and existing clients to formulate accurate understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, regularly revisiting and adjusting these objectives based on their progress and evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options to individuals who may experience accessibility challenges, ensuring that quality care is available regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with ethical standards and privacy regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge about emerging therapies and client-focused practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Mental Health Counselors work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families who are confronting an array of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
