Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs and concerns of your clients, while crafting individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Offer short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention services, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to guide clients through challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and workshops that promote personal development, coping strategies, and community support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff and community outreach programs, to deliver seamless and comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues particularly relevant to a community health clinic environment.
