Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, using structured tools and techniques.

• Develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, along with group and family therapy options, to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with case managers and psychiatrists to create cohesive care plans, ensuring every client has a complete support system.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients undergoing acute psychological distress, employing trauma-informed practices to facilitate immediate stabilization.

• Promote mental health awareness through community outreach programs, including workshops, webinars, and educational initiatives to reduce stigma.

Qualifications\n

Experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and a background in crisis intervention are highly desirable.
