Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, ensuring an understanding of how their medical conditions affect their psychological well-being.

• Formulate and institute integrated treatment plans that address both psychological and physical health concerns, adapting approaches based on individual patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, allowing for tailored therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population consists of individuals contending with a range of co-occurring conditions, such as anxiety and chronic pain, substance use disorders, and complex psychosocial challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in developing tailored strategies that not only address their mental health needs but also support their overall health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health issues within diverse populations, particularly those with concurrent medical concerns.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building trust with patients and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
