Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the specific needs, circumstances, and recovery goals of patients entering treatment for substance use disorders.

• Lead group therapy sessions aimed at fostering peer support, sharing experiences, and enhancing recovery skills among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other allied health professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

• Provide crisis intervention services during acute substance-related emergencies, utilizing your skills to stabilize situations and secure appropriate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you'll work with at Inner Strength Holistic Well-Being Clinic generally struggle with a variety of substance use disorders, which may include alcohol, prescription medications, and illicit drugs. Our client population often includes diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, emphasizing the need for an empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is mandatory for this position.

• Prior experience providing both individual and group therapy tailored to addiction treatment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
