Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients battling substance use disorders, guiding them through evidence-based recovery strategies in a supportive environment. Our diverse client population ranges from those at the beginning of their recovery journey to individuals working on relapse prevention, seeking both short-term and long-term support. By providing tailored therapeutic approaches, we aim to meet the specific needs of each client, enabling them to achieve their personal recovery milestones.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
